Job Summary
Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments, including site collections and subsites • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to safeguard sensitive information • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or patches • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support. • Lead or support SharePoint-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and custom solution deployment.

Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or Diploma with equivalent experience • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including server-side and client-side management • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and .NET frameworks • Experience with workflow automation, site design, and content management • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow • Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle critical incidents
