Capacity Management
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the Capacity Plan aligned with business objectives. • Forecast future capacity requirements based on usage trends and business growth. • Perform sizing and modeling for new services and systems. • Monitor resource utilization across compute, storage, and network components. • Analyze performance data and report against SLA targets. • Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. • Raise incidents when capacity thresholds are breached. • Assess the impact of proposed changes on capacity and performance. • Support performance testing for new or upgraded systems. • Maintain accurate documentation of capacity-related processes and plans. • Ensure compliance with ITIL and organizational standards. • Act as the focal point for capacity and performance issues.

Other Requirements
• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification. • Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid environments. • Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.
