Job Summary:

We are seeking a Level 2 DLP Engineer with hands-on experience in Zscaler DLP solution management. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting DLP operations, ensuring protection of sensitive data across network, endpoint, and cloud traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to DLP alerts generated from Zscaler platform

- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and escalate complex issues to L3

- Configure and manage Zscaler DLP policies for data protection

- Perform traffic inspection analysis for data exfiltration prevention

- Troubleshoot DLP-related issues across network and endpoint environments

- Execute runbooks for policy tuning and configuration updates

- Generate DLP incident and compliance reports for stakeholders

- Collaborate with IT and Security teams for policy enforcement and remediation

Skill Requirements

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Zscaler DLP (ZIA/ZPA relevant exposure preferred)

- Understanding of data classification and data protection techniques

- Experience in DLP incident analysis and policy tuning

- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, proxy concepts)

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Other Requirements

Good to Have:

- Experience with other DLP tools (Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint)

- Knowledge of CASB and Cloud Security concepts

- Basic scripting (PowerShell/Python)

Certifications (Preferred):

- Zscaler Certified Cloud Security Specialist (ZCCS)

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to work in shifts and handle operational workload

- Good documentation and reporting skills
