Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Development and automation:
Develop software and set up technical solutions for certificate services, including certificate lifecycle automation (including workflows), encryption features, and secret vault management.
- Operations and maintenance:
Handle daily operations of PKI infrastructure, including workflow configuration, management and configuration of internal interfaces with ITSM and other internal services
- Security and compliance:
Implement and maintain security measures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Support and troubleshooting:
Provide third-level support, troubleshoot issues, analyze system logs.
- Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PKI processes, procedures, configurations, and high-level designs.
- Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including system, network, and security teams, to support cryptographic initiatives and integrate and automate PKI with other systems.
