Job Summary
1.Management of Telecom expense of a client with over 10 K Users.
2.Procure new devices for users.
3.Handle IMAC/ MACD orders for Wireline Data and Voice requirements
4.Work directly with the Mobile Service provider on Bill plans and Billing related queries.
5.Need to answer user calls basis enquiry, request and complaints on Call usage, Data usage, Plans, VAS, Billing issue, Coverage related issues.
6.Answer queries related to Phone issues for example broken screen, phone replacement etc
7.Coordinate with OEM, Field Services, Local IT Ops for Loaner and Spare device management, Repair and Break-Fix Services
8.Coordinate with customer and vendors for Device Catalogue, Rate plan and contract negotiaions.
9.Maintain uptodate inventory of telecom assets (hard and soft) and manage complete asset management lifecycle
10.Follow up with vendors on missing invoices and ensure invoices are received.
11.Log tickets on erroneous invoices, EDI files and ensure completion.
12.Analyze any past due invoices, identify reason of past due and work with vendor to resolve past dues.
13.Analyze misapplied payments and work with customer to get payment information and reconcile.
14.Ensure timely payment of invoices to the carriers
15.Work with vendors to resolve misapplied payments.
16.Identify billing errors and TEM invoice lifecycle.
17.Reporting and Ananlysis of the Billing, contracts, and Data and Voice Usage.
18.Perform project and program management based activities
