Job Summary

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (6 to 8 Years Experience)Role Overview:We are hiring a UI/UX Designer (6 to 8 years’ experience) to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to design effective user journeys and visually appealing interfaces.Key Responsibilities:Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypesCreate high-quality UI designs for web and mobile applicationsConduct basic user research and usability testingCollaborate with developers to ensure design implementationMaintain design consistency and contribute to design systemsRequirements:6-8 years of experience in UI/UX designStrong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI design skillsProficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDGood understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive designStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have:Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)Basic knowledge of HTML/CSSFamiliarity with Agile workflows
