Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat. 2. Proficient in Linux command-line interface (CLI) and shell scripting. 3. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or KVM. 4. Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN. 5. Knowledge of storage technologies, such as RAID, SAN, and NAS. 6. Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures on Linux systems. 7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. 8. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. 9. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 10. Key Responsibilities
2. To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
3. To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
4. To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution , minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.
