Job Summary

Job Summary : The role requires a QA & Testing Analyst with strong hands-on experience in test strategy execution, test planning, defect management, test automation, and process improvement. The candidate should have expertise in mobile testing, hardware testing, OS build testing, package testing, Intune, Jira, and Confluence, along with strong ownership, stakeholder collaboration, communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving testing processes.
Job Responsibilities : Your key responsibilities The QA & Testing Analyst may, depending on their area of expertise: • drive the ‘hands on’ execution of the test strategy and plan, including the test preparation, execution, analysis and reporting activities. • provide product/business expertise to drive and support the testing approach • develop and implement technical solutions for the testing process, like test automation, performance testing or test data provisioning • review and implement test process improvement The QA & Testing Analyst will work alongside various project stakeholders to ensure that specific streams of work are progressing, provide guidance by example and act as an escalation point for the QA & Testing Analysts.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : • The ideal candidate will have rich working experience in Mobile Testing - iOS and Android testing, hardware testing, Group Policy objects testing, OS Build Testing (Windows and Mac) and package testing. • Knowledge of Intune application for managing devices and applications. • Rich experience in testing processes like creating test plans, capturing test evidence, Test Execution, Defects life cycle management and Test data provisioning • Must have experience to manage test execution, Jira and confluence. • Should have ability to take complete ownership of testing multiple tasks on multiple platforms and collaborate with various stakeholders. • Knowledge of tools like Power Automate and Scripting knowledge is plus. • Demonstrates initiatives and be proactive in raising things to make things better • Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills to foster working relationships with all stakeholders.
