Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting operational and business data to support decision-making. The role involves preparing dashboards, generating periodic reports, tracking KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency and service delivery performance.

Skill Requirements

Reporting & Dashboard Management Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Create operational dashboards for management reviews. Publish SLA, KPI, productivity, utilization, and performance reports. Automate recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, or other reporting tools.

Other Requirements

Analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights to operations and leadership teams. Perform root cause analysis for KPI deviations. Support data-driven decision making.
