Job Summary

Able to troubleshoots complex technical issues, manages customer escalations, optimizes infrastructure or cloud services, and collaborates with development teams to ensure high system availability


Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as an escalated point of contact to resolve known and complex technical issues for Oracle products, cloud infrastructure, or databases. System Operations & Maintenance: Monitor, install, patch, and optimize production server hardware, operating systems, and software configurations. Incident & Problem Management: Mitigate critical customer incidents, lead problem management cases, and perform root-cause analysis using automation and tooling. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain service requests, write knowledge base articles, and update runbooks or troubleshooting guides. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal software development and product teams to report design or reliability bugs and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
