Job Summary
To offerO365 L2, L3 L3 – 7 to 10 years. Key Responsibilities: • Support & Troubleshooting: • Provide advanced technical support for SharePoint-related issues escalated from Level 1 support. • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to SharePoint sites, permissions, workflows, and integrations. • Monitor system performance and health, taking proactive measures to address potential issues. • Configuration & Maintenance: • Assist with the configuration and management of SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. • Implement and maintain SharePoint customizations, including site templates, web parts, and custom solutions. • Ensure system updates and patches were applied in a timely manner. • User Support & Training: • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help end-users maximize the use of SharePoint. • Address user inquiries and provide guidance on SharePoint best practices and features. • Collaboration & Documentation: • Work closely with SharePoint administrators and developers to implement and test new features and enhancements. • Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps. • Participate in meetings and provide input on SharePoint-related projects and initiatives. Compliance & Security: • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures related to SharePoint usage, data protection, and security. • Monitor and manage user permissions to maintain appropriate access levels and security. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting SharePoint environments (both on-premises and online). • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex SharePoint issues. Skills: • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities. • Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server. • Familiarity with related technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
