Job Summary

Job Description – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst – L2\\r\\nRole Title\\r\\nHardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst – L2\\r\\nRole Purpose\\r\\nThe Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT hardware assets from procurement to disposal. The role ensures accurate asset tracking, inventory management, compliance with customer and organizational processes, and support for asset-related reporting and audits.\\r\\nKey Responsibilities\\r\\n\\r\\nManage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, including receiving, deployment, movement, refresh, return, and disposal.\\r\\nMaintain accurate asset records in asset management tools such as ServiceNow.\\r\\nPerform asset inventory reconciliation and identify discrepancies for resolution.\\r\\nSupport stockroom and warehouse operations, including asset tracking and allocation.\\r\\nCoordinate with procurement, logistics, onsite support, and vendors for asset fulfillment activities.\\r\\nMonitor asset compliance and ensure adherence to defined asset management processes.\\r\\nGenerate and analyze asset reports, dashboards, and inventory metrics.\\r\\nSupport internal and customer audits by providing required asset documentation and evidence.\\r\\nInvestigate and resolve asset-related incidents, requests, and data quality issues.\\r\\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HAM operations.\\r\\n\\r\\nRequired Skills\\r\\n\\r\\nGood understanding of Hardware Asset Management lifecycle processes.\\r\\nExperience working with ServiceNow Asset Management or similar IT Asset Management tools.\\r\\nKnowledge of inventory management, stock control, and asset tracking.\\r\\nStrong analytical and reporting skills.\\r\\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\\r\\nAbility to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.\\r\\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\\r\\n\\r\\nPreferred Skills\\r\\n\\r\\nITIL Foundation certification.\\r\\nExperience in retail, enterprise IT, or managed services environments.\\r\\nKnowledge of procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.\\r\\nExposure to Power BI reporting and dashboard creation.\\r\\n\\r\\nExperience\\r\\n\\r\\n3 to 6 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management, IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, or related operations.\\r\\n\\r\\nEducation\\r\\n\\r\\nBachelor\\\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
