Sr Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our Reports and dashboard transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, good if resource is having skill in Power Shell scripting

Key Responsibilities

1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
3. To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
4. To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution , minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.

Skill Requirements

Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI.\r\n• Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, cloud services, etc.).\r\n• Build and optimize data models using Power BI and Power Query (M language).\r\n• Write DAX expressions to create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs.\r\n• Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements.\r\n• Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and report optimization.\r\n• Implement security (RLS) and access control within reports.\r\n• Schedule data refreshes and manage Power BI workspace deployments.\r\n• Stay up to date with Power BI updates and related technologies (Power Platform, Azure, etc.).\r\n• Good to have Power shell scripting which will be added advantage \r\n• Flexible to work on preferred time zone based on technical requirement from Customer or Internal technical teams\r\n. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.\r\n• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.\r\n• Experience in SQL and working with relational databases.\r\n• Understanding of ETL concepts and data integration.\r\n• Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, scheduling, sharing reports).\r\n 

Other Requirements

Good to have Power Shell scripting knowledge
