Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect for Certificate Hub Management L2 to join our team in Pune or Hyderabad, India. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust certificate management solutions, ensuring secure and efficient digital certificate lifecycle operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and architect Certificate Hub solutions, including PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and certificate lifecycle management systems. Lead the implementation of certificate management platforms and integrations with enterprise applications and infrastructure. Develop and enforce certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and auditing processes to ensure compliance and security. Collaborate with IT security, operations, and development teams to define certificate requirements and best practices. Perform L2 troubleshooting and support for certificate-related incidents and requests. Monitor, analyze, and optimize certificate hub performance and reliability. Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows for certificate management solutions. Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements related to certificate management and PKI. Conduct training and knowledge transfer to L1 support teams and stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years focusing on PKI and certificate management. Strong understanding of digital certificates, PKI, SSL/TLS, encryption, and authentication protocols. Hands-on experience with certificate management platforms (e.g., Venafi, DigiCert, Microsoft CA, OpenSSL). Expertise in designing and implementing certificate lifecycle management processes. Experience with cloud certificate management (e.g., AWS Certificate Manager, Azure Key Vault). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle L2 support escalations effectively. Strong communication and documentation skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CCSP, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are preferred. Preferred Skills Experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools for certificate management. Ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams in a multicultural environment. Project management and leadership capabilities.
