Job Summary

Control-M JD:

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support BMC Control-M Server, Agent, and Enterprise Manager environments.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Control-M infrastructure.
  • Design, create, schedule, and monitor batch jobs, SMART folders, and workflows.
  • Manage job dependencies, calendars, cyclic jobs, alerts, and SLA management.
  • Troubleshoot job failures and performance issues across production environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Automate job scheduling processes and streamline workload execution.
  • Collaborate with application, database, middleware, and infrastructure teams.
  • Support high-availability and disaster recovery activities.
  • Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Provide 24x7 production support when required.
  • Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.

Good to Have:

  • ITIL processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • BMC Control-M Certification is a plus.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
