Job Summary

 We are seeking a talented Azure Frontend Engineer with expertise in React, Next.js, and Microsoft Azure authentication technologies to build modern, scalable, and intuitive web applications. The role will focus on developing rich user experiences, data visualization dashboards, and enterprise-grade frontend solutions integrated with Azure services and secure identity platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong frontend engineering skills with a deep understanding of enterprise authentication, responsive design, and user-centric application development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js. Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces leveraging the Next.js App Router framework. Implement secure authentication and authorization using MSAL and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Develop complex, form-intensive workflows with robust validation, error handling, and dynamic user interactions. Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Recharts, Visx, or similar charting libraries. Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and solution architecture teams to integrate frontend applications with Azure-based APIs and services. Optimize application performance, accessibility, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Develop reusable UI components, design patterns, and frontend frameworks to accelerate development. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and UI/UX best practices. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions. Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing application enhancements.

Skill Requirements

4-8+ years of experience in frontend application development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with: React.js Next.js (App Router Architecture) HTML5 CSS3 / SCSS Responsive Web Design Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. Experience implementing Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) for browser-based applications. Expertise in integrating applications with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication and authorization. Experience building data-intensive dashboards and visualizations using: Recharts Visx Similar charting frameworks Strong experience developing complex business forms, workflows, and user interaction models. Proficiency in REST API integration and asynchronous data handling. Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD environments. Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques. Good knowledge of application security, OWASP standards, and secure coding practices.

Other Requirements

Experience with Azure Static Web Apps, Azure App Services, or Azure Front Door. Familiarity with Azure API Management and Azure Functions integrations. Experience with Redux, Zustand, React Query, or equivalent state management frameworks. Exposure to Material UI, Fluent UI, or enterprise design systems. Experience with Playwright, Jest, or frontend automation testing frameworks. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. Familiarity with Power BI embedding and advanced visualization components. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Microsoft Azure Developer (AZ-204) certification is a plus
