Job Role : SeniorAdministrator - Ansible, Terraform, GITHub Job Summary : Performance & Success Metrics: Success in this role will be measured by: • Automation Coverage: Percentage of network security and engineering processes automated within the first 12–18 months; reduction in manual intervention for routine tasks. • Incident Response Efficiency: Reduction in Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) through automated workflows; number of incidents resolved using automated playbooks. • Operational Cost Savings: Quantifiable reduction in operational costs and ROI achieved from automation investments. • Compliance & Risk Reduction: Percentage of automated processes compliant with regulatory and internal security standards; reduction in audit findings related to manual errors. • Innovation & Adoption: Number of new automation solutions deployed per quarter; adoption rate of automation tools across teams. • Team Development: Employee engagement and skill development in automation technologies; retention and growth of automation talent. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in network security, network engineering, and automation frameworks. • Strong knowledge of: o Scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash). o Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef). o Security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
