Job Summary

Job Summary : SW Packaging & Tools - Application Coordinator

 

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Coordinate end-to-end software packaging and deployment activities. Package applications using MSI, EXE, App-V, MSIX, or similar technologies. Test application packages for functionality, compatibility, and performance. Manage software deployment through SCCM/MECM, Intune, or equivalent tools. Perform application lifecycle management, including upgrades and retirements. Troubleshoot packaging and deployment failures. Conduct application compatibility assessments for Windows environments. Coordinate with application owners, vendors, and business stakeholders. Maintain packaging standards, documentation, and deployment procedures. Support patching, software updates, and version control activities. Monitor deployment success rates and resolve installation issues. Ensure licensing and compliance requirements are met. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Create technical documentation and SOPs. Support automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency.
