Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and maintain secure, lightweight native applications and background agents that collect endpoint health, performance and application telemetry for enterprise monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Build monitoring agents to collect CPU, memory, disk, network, process, application and user-session telemetry.
•    Develop reliable Windows services with secure execution, local buffering and controlled resource usage.
•    Implement telemetry transmission, retries, health checks, upgrades and rollback mechanisms.
•    Troubleshoot performance issues, memory leaks, crashes and compatibility problems.
•    Write unit, integration, performance and soak tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Skill Requirements

PRIMARY SKILLSET
•    Strong C and modern C++ development, preferably C++17 or later.
•    Strong Windows system programming using Win32 APIs, services, processes, threads and event logs.    

SECONDARY SKILLSET
•    WMI, ETW, performance counters and crash-dump analysis.
•    REST/gRPC, JSON or Protobuf and TLS-based communication.
•    CMake, MSVC, Visual Studio, WinDbg and Git.
•    PowerShell or Python for testing and diagnostics.

Other Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Hands-on experience building production-grade C/C++ applications on Windows.
Strong understanding of multithreading, memory management, security and performance optimization.
Experience with automated builds, testing, code signing and deployment packaging.
