Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead initiatives in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), cryptographic inventory management, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) at Level 2 (L2) support. This role is based in Pune or Hyderabad, India, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure systems and processes to support enterprise security and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Design and architect PKI solutions to ensure secure communication and data protection across the organization. Develop and maintain crypto inventory systems, including certificate and key management, lifecycle tracking, and compliance reporting. Provide L2 support for SDLC processes, focusing on secure code review, vulnerability management, and integration of cryptographic controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and development to ensure alignment of PKI and crypto inventory with business objectives. Establish best practices and guidelines for PKI and cryptographic operations, including onboarding, renewal, and revocation procedures. Monitor and respond to incidents involving PKI and cryptographic assets, escalating to L3 support when necessary. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for cryptographic infrastructure. Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements related to PKI and cryptography. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 5+ years of experience in PKI architecture, cryptographic inventory management, or security engineering. Strong understanding of PKI concepts, certificate management, encryption algorithms, and secure key storage. Experience with SDLC processes, secure development practices, and L2 support operations. Familiarity with regulatory requirements (such as GDPR, RBI, etc.) and industry standards (such as NIST, ISO 27001). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or relevant security accreditations. Experience with automation tools for certificate and key lifecycle management. Knowledge of cloud PKI solutions and integration with cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with cryptographic libraries and APIs. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
