Job Summary

Azure Public CloudLaunch public cloud instances by using existing ImageLaunch/Stop/Start/Terminate & monitor public cloud instances using web API's or integrated toolsCreating public cloud Instances within VNet (virtual network)Manage Network Security Groups and networks ACLs to control in-bound and outbound network access to and from InstanceCreation and Management of Virtual NICs in existing instances.Attach/Detach persistent block storage to your instancesCreating/deleting volumes to the instancesSnapshot of existing Virtual Instances using public cloud Backup tool in case required for maintenance activities.Assigning Private IP address to the instancesServer Build and configuration as per standard checklistUse public cloud Load balancing to distribute application traffic across virtual instancesAttach Public IP's to public cloud instancesHousekeeping, Utilization report and disk capacity planning of serv-ers.Establish Inter VNet communication of existing VNet.Configure NICs and IP addresses of the instances in the VNetCustomize user account environment on public cloud PortalHealth Check using security centre of virtual Instances and public cloud network.Storing, deleting, modifying objects in public cloud Storage AccountCreating Image of running serverCreating the backup of the running instances.Enabling the monitoring of Instances.Attaching Network Interfaces to the Instances.Configure NICs and IP addresses of the instances in the Vnet.  k.

Key Responsibilities

1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
3. To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
4. To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution , minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.
