Job Summary
The MuleSoft L2 Administrator is responsible for monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, deployment support, and maintenance of MuleSoft Runtime environments. The resource will provide operational support for Mule applications hosted on CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor MuleSoft applications and platform health.
- Perform routine administration of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Troubleshoot application, connectivity, and integration issues.
- Manage API gateways, API Manager policies, and security configurations.
- Manage Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Design Center, and Access Management
- Support deployment activities and release implementation.
- Analyze logs and resolve production incidents within SLA.
- Configure alerts, monitoring dashboards, and reporting.
- Manage certificates, keystores, and SSL/TLS configurations.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, network, and application teams.
- Support DR activities, patching, and platform upgrades.
- Perform user and access management within Anypoint Platform.
- Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Analyze Mule logs and Runtime logs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for P1/P2 Incidents.

Required Qualifications
- MuleSoft Certified (preferred)
- Good understanding of Integration and API concepts.
- Experience in incident, change, and problem management.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
