Sr Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

L2 Support Engineer responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution of batch workloads using Stonebranch (Universal Automation Center – UAC). Acts as a key operational layer between L1 monitoring and L3 engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Job Monitoring & Operations

Monitor batch jobs and workflows in Stonebranch (UAC Console)
Track job execution, dependencies, triggers, and SLAs
Ensure critical jobs complete within defined timelines
Provide proactive monitoring and alert handling

 

Incident & Failure Handling

Analyze job failures and perform initial troubleshooting
Restart/rerun failed jobs as per SOP/runbook
Create/update incidents in ServiceNow (or ITSM tool)
Coordinate with application, DB, and infra teams for issue resolution

 

Scheduling & Configuration Support

Create/modify jobs, workflows, calendars, and schedules
Configure file/event triggers, dependencies, and conditions
Perform validations for new job deployments and changes
