The Lead - Tools and Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving workplace technology transformation, automation, service innovation, and continuous improvement across Digital Workplace Services. The role owns the workplace tools ecosystem, transformation roadmap, reporting and analytics strategy, automation initiatives, and productivity enhancement programs that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. The position serves as the bridge between Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, Security, Product Teams, and Customer Stakeholders to accelerate digital workplace modernization through automation, AI, self-service capabilities, analytics-driven decision making, and service transformation initiatives. The individual is expected to provide thought leadership, establish governance frameworks, lead cross-functional transformation programs, mentor teams, and influence executive stakeholders while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and contractual commitments.

The primary purpose of this role is to:
Lead the Digital Workplace Tools and Transformation function. Define and execute the workplace technology modernization roadmap. Improve employee experience through innovative workplace solutions. Drive automation, AI adoption, and service optimization initiatives. Enable data-driven decision making through reporting and analytics. Increase operational efficiency through process transformation and continuous improvement.
