Job Summary

B2B JD:

 

Core Experience Expected

  • 8–10 years in B2B Integration / EDI / Managed File Transfer environments.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) and IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise).
  • Experience in environment setup, upgrades, migrations, and production support.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, Flat Files).
  • Expertise in data mapping and transformation.

 

Must Have

  • AS2, SFTP, MQ, MFT, SMTP communication protocols.
  • Trading Partner onboarding/offboarding.
  • SSL/TLS certificates, keystore/truststore management.
  • Network troubleshooting (firewalls, DNS, ports, connectivity issues).
  • Business process development and support.
  • Incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.

 

Good to Have

  • Java
  • Cloud integration exposure (Azure/AWS) is an advantage
  • ITIL processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • BMC Control-M Certification is a plus.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
