Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : • Provide remote desktop support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.\r\n• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.\r\n• Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure optimal performance.\r\n• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems.\r\n• Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.\r\n• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.\r\n
Skill Requirements
Skill Requirement : • Proven experience in remote desktop support or a similar role.\r\n• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.\r\n• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and software.\r\n• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.\r\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\r\n• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\r\n
Other Requirements
Other Requirement : • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar.\r\n• Experience with RCC (Remote Control Center) support.\r\n• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.\r\n
