Job Summary
The administrator will provide operational support for Azure Active Directory services, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant identity and access management operations. The role involves day‑to‑day administration, incident and service request handling, access governance support, and coordination with infrastructure, application, and security teams, in line with DFS operational standards and customer SLAs
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Azure Active Directory / Entra ID including users, groups, roles, and directory services. Manage identity lifecycle operations such as user provisioning, de‑provisioning, access reviews, and role assignments. Support and troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and login issues across integrated applications and platforms. Handle incidents, service requests, and changes related to Azure AD, ensuring SLA adherence. Support Conditional Access policies, MFA, password policies, and basic security configurations. Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and provide input for audits, governance reviews, and compliance activities.
Skill Requirements
Hands‑on experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID administration. Good understanding of IAM concepts, authentication, authorization, and identity governance. Experience handling L2 operational support in enterprise environments. Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management). Basic knowledge of integration with Azure, M365, and enterprise applications. Exposure to PowerShell or automation is an added advantage.

Willingness to work in 24x7 operational support environments with on‑call support as required. Experience working with global delivery teams and customers. Strong communication, documentation, and ownership mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
