Role Summary
The User Access Management (UAM) Analyst is responsible for managing user identities, access provisioning, access modifications, and de-provisioning activities across enterprise applications and platforms. This role ensures compliance with security policies, SLA adherence, and accurate execution of access requests while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Access Management
- Process access requests, modifications, and removals in accordance with approved procedures.
- Provision and de-provision of user accounts across various applications and systems.
- Manage Active Directory accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
- Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user profile maintenance activities.
