Job Summary
Job Title: Command Centre Analyst – Azure Managed Public Cloud Location: Bengaluru / Noida Experience: 5–10 years in IT, with 5+ years in Azure Cloud OperationsKey Responsibilities:• Monitor Azure infrastructure and applications in real-time.• Manage incidents, Service request and ensure no SLA breach.• Maintain proper trackers.• Work with all cloud teams (Cloud Operation, Security Operations, Database Operations etc.) to get the Incident closed within the SLA as per priority.• Strong Service Now and monitoring tool knowledge.• Understanding of Azure Cloud and different functions.• Strong knowledge of Major Incident Management and Security Incident Management.• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, ITIL processesNOTE: This is a critical 24x7 role and the candidate is expected to work from office.
