Job Title

User Access Management (UAM) Analyst

Role Summary

The User Access Management (UAM) Analyst is responsible for managing user identities, access provisioning, access modifications, and de-provisioning activities across enterprise applications and platforms. This role ensures compliance with security policies, SLA adherence, and accurate execution of access requests while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Access Management

  • Process access requests, modifications, and removals in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Provision and de-provision of user accounts across various applications and systems.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user profile maintenance activities.
