Job Summary

Role Summary Seeking a hands-on IT Asset Management professional responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, with specific focus on asset inventory, tracking, reconciliation, recovery, and disposal. The role will ensure asset records remain accurate and disposal activities are completed in line with organizational security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment. Track assets throughout their lifecycle, including receipt, allocation, movement, recovery, storage, and disposal. Manage end-of-life and end-of-support assets and coordinate timely disposal. Coordinate asset collection and recovery during employee offboarding, refresh, and replacement activities. Perform regular physical inventory validation and asset reconciliation against ITAM/CMDB records. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, missing assets, and incorrect ownership/location records. Coordinate with approved disposal/recycling vendors for pickup and processing of retired assets. Ensure appropriate data-wipe/data-destruction evidence and disposal documentation is maintained. Maintain asset disposal records and required evidence for audit and compliance purposes. Track disposal status from initiation through final closure and ensure ITAM/CMDB records are updated accordingly. Work closely with Field Services, Service Desk, Security, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and other infrastructure teams. Support asset audits and provide required inventory, movement, and disposal evidence. Maintain SOPs, process documentation, reports, dashboards, and asset-related records. Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle processes.

Skill Requirements
