Claroty JD L1 :
Additional Responsibilities to Include in L1 JD
Claroty Platform Operations
Monitor health of Claroty components including Management Server, CTD Sensors, xDome/EMC connectivity, and SRA gateways.
Validate collector, sensor, and remote connector status.
Perform daily health checks and generate operational dashboards.
Review alarms related to asset discovery, communication loss, and sensor performance.
Escalate platform issues to L2/L3 teams.
Asset Visibility & Inventory
Monitor newly discovered OT/ICS assets.
Validate asset tagging and categorization.
Support asset inventory reconciliation activities.
Assist in identifying unmanaged devices.
Threat & Alert Monitoring
Review Claroty alerts and notifications.
Identify suspicious communication patterns.
Forward security events to SOC/Security Operations teams.
Support initial triage of OT security incidents.
Reporting
Generate:
Asset inventory reports
User activity reports
Remote access utilization reports
Platform health report
