Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DMO Analyst to support demand management, PRF tracking, workforce coordination, and management reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for following up on open demands, maintaining recruitment and resource planning trackers, coordinating with hiring teams, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple reports.

- Track and manage all open PRFs (Position Requisition Forms) and recruitment demands.
- Regular follow-up with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, WPC, and stakeholders for demand closure.
- Maintain demand, onboarding, and resource management trackers.
- Prepare and update MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Analyse resource demand and fulfilment status and highlight risks/escalations.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in Excel trackers and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with delivery managers for resource planning and fulfilment.
- Generate periodic reports on open positions, ageing demands, onboarding status, and vacancies.
- Maintain documentation related to workforce planning and resource management.
- Support leadership reviews with accurate data and status updates.
Skill Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Lookups, Basic Formulas, Dashboards).
- Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trackers and priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Other Requirements
referred Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Data Management Office (DMO), Workforce Management, PMO, Resource Management, Recruitment Operations, or MIS Reporting.
- Experience in PRF/Demand Management and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or resource management tools is an added advantage.
