Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 services. Manage user accounts, licensing, and access permissions. Support Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues. Monitor service health and manage incidents/service requests. Support security, compliance, and collaboration solutions. Maintain operational documentation and reports.
