Job Summary

Monitor and support enterprise SAN and NAS environments. Troubleshoot L2 storage incidents, alerts and service requests. Perform storage provisioning, LUN allocation and expansion activities. Support SAN zoning, host connectivity and multipathing issues. Monitor storage utilization, capacity, availability and performance. Perform routine storage administration and operational health checks. Support snapshot, replication and storage recovery activities. Coordinate with Windows, Linux, VMware, Database, Backup and Network teams for storage-related issues. Execute approved changes and maintenance activities. Escalate complex storage hardware, performance and configuration issues to L3/OEM teams. Participate in incident, problem and change management activities. Maintain operational SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation.
