Job Summary

Key responsibilities and requirements:

  • Proven experience leading OCM activities for SAP projects (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ECP, S/4HANA, or similar SAP transformation programs)
  • Develop and execute change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs, training materials, and end-user adoption activities
  • Partner with business and IT teams to support organizational readiness and successful solution deployment
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills
