Sr Consulting Analyst (DFS)

Job Summary

1. Linux System Administration Install, configure, and manage AIX and Linux servers (RHEL, Oracle Linux, etc.) Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control through Centrify 2. Infrastructure Design & Implementation Design and deploy scalable Linux infrastructure solutions Support enterprise platforms 3. Performance & Optimization Monitor system performance, CPU/memory utilization Tune system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks 4. Automation & Scripting Develop automation scripts (Shell script / Ansible / Power Shell) Automate deployments and operational tasks 5. Security & Compliance Apply security best practices and system hardening Ensure compliance with organizational/security standards 6. Troubleshooting & Incident Management Diagnose and resolve complex Linux issues (kernel, apps, network) Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents Act as L3 / SME escalation point 7. Networking & Storage Configure and troubleshoot: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP NFS, SAN, NAS storage 9. Mentoring & Documentation Mentor junior engineers and teams Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Key Responsibilities
