Job Summary

ob Title: Network Release Manager (10–12 Years)\\r\\nJob Summary:\\r\\n\\r\\nExperienced Network Release Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing network releases across enterprise environments, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to change management processes.\\r\\nRoles & Responsibilities:\\r\\nPlan, schedule, and manage network releases, upgrades, and deployments\\r\\nCoordinate with network, security, and application teams for release readiness\\r\\nEnsure compliance with change management and ITIL processes\\r\\nConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies\\r\\nManage release calendars, downtime communication, and stakeholder updates\\r\\nOversee testing, validation, and rollback plans\\r\\nDrive continuous improvement in release and deployment processes\\r\\nRequired Skills:\\r\\nStrong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, Firewall, Routing & Switching)\\r\\nExperience with release management, change management, and ITIL frameworks\\r\\nFamiliarity with tools like ServiceNow, Tufin, or similar platforms\\r\\nExcellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills\\r\\nQualifications:\\r\\nBachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or related field\\r\\n10–12 years of experience in network operations/release management\\r\\nKey Traits:\\r\\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and risk-aware\\r\\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
