Job Summary

Role Purpose 

Lead end-to-end Digital Workplace architecture, transition, transformation, innovation, automation, AI adoption, service modernization, and commercial consulting across global enterprise workplace environments. Act as a trusted advisor for customers, delivery teams, OEM partners, and executive stakeholders while driving value realization, cost optimization, and user experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities  • Lead technical due diligence, service transition, and takeover governance.  • Define Digital Workplace target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.  • Govern architecture standards, design reviews, and technology decisions.  • Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Intune, Copilot, AVD, Windows 365, DEX, AI, and automation solutions.  • Build business cases, TCO, ROI, and cost optimization initiatives.  • Support RFI/RFPs, solutioning, sizing, and deal qualification.  • Drive innovation workshops and OEM roadmap alignment.  • Establish architecture governance and transformation assurance.  • Lead executive stakeholder discussions and steering committees.  • Drive service portfolio modernization and standardization.  Technical Ownership Areas  Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Identity & Access Management, Collaboration Platforms, Messaging Services, SharePoint, Device as a Service, DEX, Automation Platforms, AI & Copilot, Mobile Services, Print Services, EUC OT Workplace Services.  Transformation & Innovation Responsibilities  • Create 3-year transformation roadmaps.  • Identify automation opportunities and ticket reduction initiatives.  • Drive Agentic AI, self-healing, predictive support and autonomous operations.  • Lead platform consolidation, standardization, and portfolio optimization.  • Track benefits realization and tr

Skill Requirements

Required Experience 

• 15+ years in Digital Workplace / EUC services. 
• Strong experience in enterprise-scale transformations. 
• Architecture leadership across global accounts. 
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem, cloud adoption and workplace modernization. 
• Proven stakeholder and executive communication capabilities. 

Education & Certifications 

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. Preferred certifications include Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, TOGAF, PMP/PRINCE2, Copilot, Security, and Modern Workplace certifications.
