Sr Domain\Technical Architect
Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

Experienced Azure Developer Architect with deep expertise in cloud automation, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale solution architecture. Responsible for defining end-to-end Azure Devops architecture, enabling developer productivity using automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code. 

Works closely with architecture, development, and operations teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across strategic customer engagements

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Design 

  • Define end-to-end devops architecture for Azure including devops pipelines and IaC code 

  • Establish reference architectures and design standards for development teams 

2. DevOps & Developer Platform Engineering 

  • Architect enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and DevOps frameworks across Azure DevOps and Git-based platforms  

  • Drive automation-first approach using pipelines, IaC, and reusable modules 

  • Enable integrated workflows across Azure Boards, Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts 

3. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation 

  • Define strategy for Terraform, ARM/Bicep-based infrastructure provisioning  

  • Ensure reusable templates and automated provisioning pipelines 

  • Enable drift management and environment consistency 

5. Governance, Security & Compliance 

  • Implement DevSecOps practices and enforce secure coding standards  

  • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards  

  • Establish controls for identity, access, secrets, and secure deployments 

6. Collaboration & Leadership 

  • Collaborate across development, operations, and architecture teams  

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design reviews 

  • Engage with stakeholders in solution discussions and roadmap planning 

7. Quality Engineering & Testing 

  • Define enterprise-grade test strategy using automation frameworks 

  • Integrate test plans, environments, and validation pipelines  

  • Ensure shift-left practices and continuous testing 

8. Documentation & Standards 

  • Maintain architecture documentation, design patterns, and best practices  

  • Create reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge repositories 

Skill Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Azure Devops, terraform, GitHub Actions & BICEP 

  • Strong understanding of Devops patterns and Devops design principles 

DevOps & Tooling 

  • Strong hands-on experience with:  

  • Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos, Artifacts, Test Plans)  

  • GitHub / GitLab / Jenkins for pipeline orchestration  

  • Experience building large-scale CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms  

Programming & Scripting 

  • Expertise in PowerShell, Bash scripting  

Infrastructure as Code 

  • Hands-on with Terraform, ARM/Bicep templates  

 

Behavioral & Leadership Skills 

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities  

  • Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments  

  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder and executive interactions 

  • Proven ability to mentor large engineering teams and drive adoption 

Nice to Have 

  • Multi Cloud Knowledge 

  • Azure Certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400) 

  • Experience in GenAI & Agentic AI based developer productivity tools or automation accelerators 

  • Exposure to platform engineering and internal developer platforms (IDP)
