Experience: - 14+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience

Required Skills:

• In depth knowledge on SAM tools like Flexera, ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Experience in Leading a SAM Team and Drive Improvement, AI Automation opportunities wherever required.
• Understanding and knowledge Vendors licensing such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP,
• Maintain software models, publishers, and product catalog
• Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.
• Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Processed, CMDB, Service Request Management process.
• Depth knowledge on Publisher license metric.
• Knowledge of Generating and reviewing software compliance position report.
• Able to identify opportunities for software harvesting and optimization.
• Good Presentation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Day to Day SAM operation work
• Work with Discovery / SCCM / Intune / other data sources for software inventory
• Licensing Harvesting & Optimization etc.
• Customize workflows, business rules, and reports for SAM processes
• Troubleshoot integration and data ingestion issues
• Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.
• Resource building and Resource planning
• Training and Mentoring of the team.
• Escalation handling.
