Sr Engineer (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

  • Provide Level-1 operational support for Ping Identity solutions.
  • Monitor PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, Ping DaVinci, Ping Risk, and PingID platforms.
  • Support user authentication and MFA-related incidents and service requests.
  • Assist with user onboarding, MFA enrollment, token resets, and authentication troubleshooting.
  • Monitor platform alerts and escalate issues based on defined procedures.
  • Support application onboarding activities under L2/L3 guidance.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in shift operations and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Generate operational and incident reports.
  • Support routine validation and health-check activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level-1 operational support for Ping Identity solutions.
  • Monitor PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, Ping DaVinci, Ping Risk, and PingID platforms.
  • Support user authentication and MFA-related incidents and service requests.
  • Assist with user onboarding, MFA enrollment, token resets, and authentication troubleshooting.
  • Monitor platform alerts and escalate issues based on defined procedures.
  • Support application onboarding activities under L2/L3 guidance.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Skill Requirements

  • 2–4 years of IAM support experience.
  • Basic experience supporting Ping Identity technologies.
  • Good understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA concepts.
  • Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory.
  • Good incident management and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a managed services environment is preferred.
