Job Summary

The Global Access Management (GAM) Engineer is responsible for managing, provisioning, modifying, reviewing, and revoking user access across enterprise applications, systems, and infrastructure. The role ensures compliance with security policies, identity governance standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting business productivity through secure access management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform user account provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification requests.
• Manage access requests through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Execute password resets, account unlocks, and MFA support activities.
• Maintain access rights for enterprise applications, VPN, email, and shared resources.
• Handle Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
• Validate approvals before granting access.
• Monitor access management queues and meet SLA commitments.
• Support periodic access certification and review activities.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• Escalate complex access or security-related issues to higher-level teams.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

• Identity and Access Management fundamentals.
• Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID administration.
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• MFA technologies (Microsoft Authenticator, RSA, Duo, etc.).
• Basic understanding of RBAC and access governance.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
