Sr Engineer (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

  • Provide first-level operational support for PKI services.
  • Process certificate requests, renewals, revocations, and recoveries.
  • Monitor PKI systems and respond to alerts and tickets.
  • Support certificate distribution and lifecycle management activities.
  • Prepare operational reports and update knowledge base documentation.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams.
  • Support audit and compliance evidence collection activities.
  • Participate in shift-based operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level operational support for PKI services.

Skill Requirements

  • 2–4 years of infrastructure or PKI support experience.
  • Basic understanding of Public Key Infrastructure concepts.
  • Familiarity with digital certificates, SSL/TLS, and certificate management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience working in managed services environments is preferred.
