Integrated Command Center - ICC

Job Description : Monitor and manage IT infrastructure services through an Integrated Command Center using tools such as Datadog, iObserve, iControl, and Azure MonitorPerform real-time event monitoring, alert correlation, and incident triaging to ensure high service availabilityDrive proactive detection and resolution of infrastructure issues across cloud, network, and application layersCoordinate with technical teams for incident resolution, escalation management, and service restorationEnable automation and continuous improvement in monitoring, alerting, and operational workflowsEnsure adherence to SLA/KPI targets, reporting, and alignment with overall service management and governance standards
