Role: Sr. Service Delivery Manager - Hybrid Cloud (DC/Public Cloud) or Network or DWP : Total years of experience: 15+ years relevant service delivery experience: Job Summary: The Hybrid Cloud/Infra Sr. Service Delivery Manager is a senior level leadership position with end-to-end customer satisfaction and P&L accountability with sizable team size and revenue. The Hybrid Cloud/Infra Sr. SDM will manage multiple customers across geographies like North America/Europe, focusing on Hybrid Cloud delivery, Infrastructure services, End User Services, Network Services. This position will be reporting directly to Shared Services Delivery Leader and managing a large team of Shared-Services Operations This role would require leading from the front and back with Strategic Planning and robust execution, inspiring team, customer, and leadership confidence This role would require expertise across hybrid cloud/Network/DWP offering and flexibility to provide 24x7 support to customers, team and project Roles and Responsibilities: Will be responsible and accountable for end-to-end Infrastructure operations and seamless delivery of large sized operations, Presales and winning deals along with Sales, which also includes contract negotiations and management Overall SLA management, Customer Satisfaction & Employee satisfaction Escalation handling and containment, ensuring team compliance and meeting organizational requirements Should have functional knowledge on various components of an IT infrastructure (On-Prem & Cloud) such as OS, Network, Database, Storage, Middleware, Digital Workplace Services etc., Ensure the Customer Infrastructure & Services are functioning optimally and are aligned with the overall business strategies and priorities. Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of Hybrid Cloud/DWP/Network services. Ability to drive best practices for enterprise customer across infrastructure landscape. Ensure all technical procedures (SOP’s, Configuration, run books) are documented and updated and are contributing to the maintenance of operational standards. Automation of infrastructure services and system administration task wherever possible Lead the customer facing Infrastructure & operations with high availability, superior performance and 24x7 support. Lead & Deliver operational excellence with focus on the service management and DevOps/automation approach to achieve agility, speed, scale and efficiency. Lead strategic planning for Training, Resourcing, tactical operation planning, the development of service improvement plan, and contingency operation plans including BCDR. Lead annual budget planning for infrastructure assets and services, optimizing costs and driving the margin of project Should have a proven track record of managing operational KPIs, SLAs, initiatives, risks etc., Should have driven initiative of improvement, innovations, and automations., Should be able to identify, document, review, mitigate risks to service within Process, People and Technology., Should be able to ensure focused engagement of various initiatives as per the contractual agreements., Should be able to produce quality proposals and Statements of Work that require minimal corrections., Should be able to demonstrate personal flexibility and focused delivery to ensure the team deliver quality solutions and increase customer satisfaction., Should develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols., Should be able to plan, track, monitor Technical deployments, upgrades, changes on the customer landscape., Implement a Service Monitoring capability to proactively address the operational issues for all customer facing infrastructure assets
