Job Summary

This role drives strategic direction and executive oversight for infrastructure management programs across multiple business lines. The position is responsible for shaping organizational priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, and influencing market positioning through visionary leadership and portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute infrastructure portfolio strategy by leveraging advanced program management methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks to achieve organizational transformation objectives.
2. Lead cross-domain teams in the delivery of complex infrastructure solutions using ITIL, COBIT, and cloud management platforms, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for infrastructure programs using portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
4. Influence executive stakeholders and external partners by providing market insights and strategic recommendations for infrastructure investments and technology adoption.
5. Oversee compliance and regulatory initiatives within infrastructure management using ISO/IEC standards, ensuring robust risk management and audit readiness.
6. Champion innovation and digital transformation by integrating emerging technologies such as AI-driven automation and hybrid cloud architectures into infrastructure portfolios.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
