Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Data Transformation to lead large-scale data initiatives within Order-to-Cash (L2C) programs. The role involves driving data governance, high-volume data mapping, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence for enterprise transformation programs such as Polaris.

This role is critical to ensuring deployment readiness, data accuracy, and client satisfaction through effective execution and leadership

1. Data Management & Governance

• Lead enterprise data transformation programs including data cleansing, validation, and mapping
• Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and business rules
• Drive accuracy in high-volume data processing activities (e.g., licensing, master data)

2. Program Delivery & Execution

• Manage end-to-end delivery for data workstreams aligned to program milestones
• Ensure readiness for deployments through structured planning and execution
• Track risks, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution

3. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with global stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners
• Act as primary interface between client and delivery teams
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communication

4. Initiative Leadership

• Lead strategic initiatives (e.g., tax/license mapping programs) involving large datasets
• Oversee high-volume mapping and validation with strong governance controls (~thousands of records handled in prior programs) [FW: MDS -B...P Document | Outlook]

5. Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor data teams
• Drive productivity, accountability, and capability building
• Ensure optimal resource allocation

6. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and control frameworks
