Job Summary

Job Title: E3.2 Senior Manager (FP&A) Location: Hyderabad or Noida Job Type: Full-Time work from office Company Overview: XXXX Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and business finance. This role requires deep expertise in financial strategy, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to partner with executive stakeholders to drive business outcomes and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End FP&A Leadership: Lead and oversee enterprise-wide financial planning processes including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning. Ensure alignment between financial plans and organizational strategy across multiple business units. Business Performance & Strategic Insights: Review and analyze financial performance, including revenue, cost, and profitability drivers. Provide executive-level insights, variance analysis, and forward-looking recommendations. Drive performance improvement initiatives and identify risks and opportunities. Strategic Finance & Decision Support: Lead complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations for strategic initiatives. Support mergers, investments, cost optimization, and transformation programs. Leadership & Organization Development: Lead and develop a large FP&A team, including managers and analysts. Drive talent development, succession planning, and high-performance culture. Optimize team structure, utilization, and capability building. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders. Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights. Management Reporting & Governance: Oversee enterprise reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in financial communication. Establish governance and standardization across reporting processes. Transformation & Automation: Lead digital finance transformation initiatives including automation, AI, and advanced analytics. Drive efficiency improvements and enhance forecasting accuracy. Data, Systems & Controls: Ensure integrity of financial data across ERP and planning systems. Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance mechanisms. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA / MBA / CFA preferred. Experience: 15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance roles with significant leadership exposure. Technical Skills: Advanced
