Job Summary

 Lead and manage the Citrix Cloud / Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) track within DFS, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance delivery of virtual applications and desktops while enabling digital workplace transformation

Key Responsibilities

1. Track Ownership & Service Delivery Own end-to-end Citrix Cloud services (DaaS, Virtual Apps & Desktops) Ensure high availability, performance, and SLA adherence Drive BAU operations + transformation initiatives ➡ Focus: stable EUC platform + business continuity (remote access, workspace delivery) [ScaleTech...trix Cloud | PDF] 2.
